I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) and am passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Whether working with children, young adults, parents, or caregivers, my goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where clients feel truly heard, supported, and empowered.
What inspires me most about this work is witnessing people discover their own strengths, create meaningful change, and develop deeper connections with themselves and others. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each person’s unique story, and I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Humanistic approaches, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed practices.
I welcome clients from all walks of life—whether you are working through personal challenges, navigating relationships, processing past traumas, or seeking greater self-understanding. With warmth, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, I strive to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where growth and healing can take place. In addition to English, I am able to provide therapy in Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi.
My own experiences of navigating life’s challenges have shaped my deep belief in the power of therapy. I know firsthand the value of having a safe space to be heard, and I hope to provide that same space for my clients. Guided by presence, kindness, and respect, I believe in the inherent goodness of people and in each person’s capacity to heal and grow into their fullest potential.
